The Shelving Blocks Story

Before Trkeeb had a name, we had a sketch—and a shared idea about functional objects that feel like an experience. The Shelving Blocks were born from that vision. What started as a simple concept quickly became a series of experiments: wood mockups, 3D models, and many, many misfits. Some prototypes were too bulky, others too fragile. One even collapsed in our hands!

But with each mistake, we refined the form, the system, and the soul of the product. Behind the clean lines and cultural cutouts, there’s a process full of trial, teamwork, and a whole lot of sanding.
